Since 2003 INSCRIRE has created a pedagogical methodology that aims at the dissemination of the European Union Fundamental Charter to the youngsters and the people of the EU while creating at the same time, perennial public and participative artworks. It is addressed to secondary schools' students and to the population at large. Our professional team - gathering artists, pedagogues and EU construction specialists - invented this new pedagogical method to facilitate the understanding of the Charter while offering it a new face: our methodology enables anyone in the public realm, to see what students have understood, imagined and ‘visualized’ within the different articles of the Charter. It is a pedagogical methodology that goes from the eye to the hands and opens on citizenship through ceramics - a millenium tool made of earth. |

In 2009, ASSOCIATION INSCRIRE searched for a partner that could offer a network of branches in Europe for widening up its project. A partnership was imagined with Generation Europe Foundation : mixing our experiences, our pedagogical toolkit was created based on INSCRIRE's previous methodology and was published and disseminated by GEF in its network of branches in 5 of the 27 countries. The kit’s goal is to deepen our pedagogical methodology - which is the teaching and analysis of the articles through imagining, thinking and drawings in a playfull way and understand the 50 articles of the Charter - and allow the students to participate, with Inscrire's artists, to the creation of a series of perenial public art work in ceramics.
The end results is first a PAPER POSTER/MURAL for the schools's walls, thal becomes the base for a PERENIAL CERAMIC PUBLIC ART WORK that Association Inscrire will create with the participation of the students of the schools who will win the competition.
This project is temporarelly suspended.
