Police Station

in the XIème arrondissement

14, Passage Charles Dallery, 75011 Paris, France

Inside the new police station of XIème arrondissement in Paris, one can discover thousands of little lights shimmering like a universe but organized in rational and orthogonal rows.

And if one has to spend sometimes in that police station to declare some problematical facts of life, one will necessarily gaze at these stars, an atypical system of illumination which does not light the space but itself.

And suddenly one will see meaning appear into them: slowly the signification of the articles of the human rights will become readable. These are your rights.
